In 2003, ZCC established a subsidiary in Düsseldorf, Germany - ZCC Europe GmbH - responsible for the sales and marketing within the European market, the UK and Turkey.
It supplies various cemented carbide (hard metal) products, such as solid carbide rods with or without coolant hole, rolling rings, mining buttons, seal rings, bushings, drawing dies and various other wear parts. The wide range of carbide rods for making cutting tools, which are stored in our warehouse in Düsseldorf (Germany), ensures short-term delivery flexibility and guarantees fast and efficient order processing. Our aim is to supply our European customers with our carbide rods within 24 hours.
In order to guarantee the best possible service for our customers, we set ourselves especially high standards. To achieve this, our well-trained and experienced internal and external team provides the best possible support in the development of new projects, ensuring smooth operations in the sales area, the logistics organisation and customer’s service.
By working closely with our colleagues from our parent company, we are able to provide our customers with the desired products, in the best possible quality and price, within the agreed lead times.

Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Co., LTD (ZCC) is known as the "cradle of the Chinese carbide industry". The company was founded in 1954 and has since developed into the first and biggest leading manufacturer of carbide products within the Chinese carbide industry.
ZCC produces around 7,000 tonnes of different carbide products every year, intended not only for the domestic market but also for export to more than 80 countries. The main products include "Diamond brand" carbide, tungsten, molybdenum, cobalt, tantalum and niobium powder along with products made from these materials. These Products are widely used in various industrial fields such as the aerospace, mechanical processing, metallurgy, oil drilling, mining tools, electronic communication, construction and many others sectors.
The “Diamond Brand” trademark was named as “China’s Renowned Trademark” in 1999, and “Diamond Brand” cemented carbide was awarded as “China’s Famous Brand” in 2004.
In December 2009, as part of a strategic reorganisation, ZCC became a member of the China Minmetals Corporation which was listed in 2022 on rank 65th among the 500 most successful companies in the world.
